Imagine the workplace where everyone is on the same page, everyone is trying to do their best, and as a team they support each other. This takes commitment from the top down, and it also takes commitment from the bottom up. For me, two-way communication and the continuous learning cycle are key!

Regina has been in the industry since the early 1980s and Warren started his culinary journey in the early 1970s.

Warren W. Leigh

Chef, Educator, Writer, Ski Instructor, and Cyclist
Warren grew up in Europe with his parents, 13 years in Germany and 2 years at the Lausanne Hotel School, Lausanne, Switzerland. Warren returned to complete his BS in Foodservice Administration at RIT. From there he worked at the Yankee Pedlar Inn, Holyoke, MA. Frank A. Banks, the owner, mentored Warren. Frank had previously held jobs as the General Manager for the Waldorf Astoria and St. Regis Hotels. Eventually, Warren made his way back into the kitchen intending to open a restaurant by 30; he did just that. From there, we grew the number of restaurants and style of restaurants: factory cafeteria, catering, full-service white linen American and European, Fish house, Wood-fired pizza, and a Bistrot. Warren had another goal to teach by the time he was 50, he did just that after earning a Master of Management degree.
